Setting up for a wash takes real equipment and real water, so the minimum charge here is higher than on our other services and a small patch of patio on its own is rarely worth the trip. Most customers have us do the driveway, the walkways and the patio while the gear is out.

We match the pressure, cleaning products and technique to each material, so you get a deep clean without gouging, stripping or streaking. Exterior washing uses real cleaning chemicals, matched to the surface, because algae, moss and years of staining need more than water and pressure to shift. We handle the waste-water cleanup properly, which is part of doing the job right.
