Plenty of window companies do the outside of the glass and leave the inside. We do both, along with the frames and sills, because the inside is the half your staff and your customers look at all day.
On the higher glass we run a water fed pole with a 100% pure filtered water system. Every pane is scrubbed and then rinsed with that pure water, which dries with no streaks. Ground-level glass and doors are detailed by hand with a mop and squeegee.
