Why we started EKL Cleaning

You should be able to book a cleaner in one phone call. Most people who reach us have already called two or three companies that never called back, then waited days for a price.

We started EKL Cleaning in 2025 so that a person answers when you call, we send your price back the same day, and the cleaning gets done once, properly.

Our team has finished over 250 jobs across Metro Vancouver and the North Shore as of July 2026: condos downtown, houses on the North Shore, restaurant kitchens and post-renovation cleanups.

What we clean

We clean windows inside and out, frames and sills included, and we run a water fed pole with 100% pure filtered water on the high glass. We also do regular housekeeping and one-time deep cleans, restaurant kitchens, offices and storefronts, gutter clearing with the downspouts flushed, pressure washing for driveways, decks, siding and fences, and the deep clean that gets a finished build or renovation ready to hand over.

One insured team handles all of that work, so your windows, gutters and driveway can be quoted together and scheduled to suit the property.

Every job gets built around your place

We agree on what gets cleaned before we quote a price. For a house, we build a room-by-room checklist and you approve it. For a restaurant, we usually run weekly visits plus one deep clean a month, scheduled around your closing time.

You know exactly what we are touching before we pull into the driveway, and the invoice matches that list. Every cleaner who steps onto your property is fully insured, with general liability and workers compensation coverage.
